restrictive practice assessment

We are able to conduct a review of Restrictive Practices as a one off assessment.  This may be required to;

• Assess the need for development of a Positive Behaviour Support Plan for a piece of Assistive Technology eg. Harness, Car Seat, Stroller, Bed Rails, Safe Surround Bed, wheelchair belts in an Aged Care Facility.
• Assess the ongoing necessity of Restrictive Practices

This assessment is conducted by a Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner and involves an assessment with the client and their key supports, review of their Behaviour Support Plans, review of Restrictive Practices data.
